Owner and inspector Mark Weidner has over 36 years of construction experience, having built homes, is Certified by the American Home Inspectors Training Institute (AHIT), Certified for Air Quality Assessment by Home Air Check and is a member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI).

When Home Integrity is hired, you can be assured that we will provide you a professional inspection with great emphasis on communicating the results without being an alarmist. All home inspection reports are emailed within 6-24 hours from the completion of the inspection. Reports include PHOTOS that are both thorough and accurate. We schedule inspections to fit your needs from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM six days a week, and we encourage your presence during the inspection.

Easy to Read Inspection Reports

The condition of every major component from the roof to the crawl space including major and minor deficiencies. The inspector will advise you of any major expenditures, safety concerns and maintenance tips. Our Home Inspector will review the detailed report with you to make sure you understand everything and answer any remaining questions.

Pre-Purchase Inspection

A home inspection is a visual process where over 400 items typically used within a home are tested and/or operated to verify proper operation or installation. Roofing materials inspected, foundation/structure inspected, electrical system, air-conditioning and heating systems operated, operation of appliances, doors and windows are opened and closed. The Inspector will fill the sinks and tub(s), run the shower(s), and flush the toilets. Upon completion, a professional report with pictures will be distributed to you.
